One week before the first classes, you will receive email access to the Virtual University which will be available one week before the first session.
The Virtual University (e-dean’s office) is a platform where every Student of Humanitas University can access information and manage their studies using the provided tools. This platform allows you to view your schedule, including a detailed breakdown of hours and classes, and also provides your individual account number for tuition payments.

Step 1: Online registration. Create an account in the recruitment system and choose your field of study. Step 2: Completing the recruitment – choose one of the options: In person – submit documents and sign the agreement at the Humanitas University headquarters in Sosnowiec. Online – send scanned documents to rekrutacja@humanitas.edu.pl. After verification, you will receive the agreement and further instructions. Required documents: photocopy of high school diploma (for undergraduate studies), diploma and supplement (for graduate studies), two signed photos for student ID (3.5 × 4.5 cm), proof of payments: 22 PLN for student ID, 85 PLN application fee, and the first tuition instalment or payment for semester/year. Stypendium Rektora przyznawane jest na wniosek studenta studiów stacjonarnych lub niestacjonarnych, który w poprzednim roku akademickim uzyskał średnią ocen co najmniej 4,30. Dodatkowe szanse mają studenci z osiągnięciami naukowymi, artystycznymi lub sportowymi (co najmniej na poziomie krajowym). Stypendium socjalne przysługuje studentom znajdującym się w trudnej sytuacji materialnej. Kryterium przyznania to miesięczny dochód netto na osobę w rodzinie nieprzekraczający 1570,50 zł (rok akademicki 2024/2025). Stypendium dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami przysługuje każdemu studentowi, niezależnie od trybu studiów, pod warunkiem posiadania orzeczenia o stopniu niepełnosprawności.

Rekrutacja letnia (na semestr zimowy) trwa od kwietnia do października. Rekrutacja zimowa (na semestr letni) trwa od listopada do marca. Nie przegap swojego terminu! Zachęcamy do śledzenia naszej strony, gdzie na bieżąco publikujemy szczegółowe informacje o aktualnych naborach.

Akademia Humanitas uczestniczy w programie Erasmus+. Studenci mogą wyjechać na semestr zimowy, letni lub cały rok – zależnie od ustaleń z uczelnią partnerską. Podstawowe kryteria kwalifikacji to: poziom znajomości języka obcego, rok studiów, średnia ocen, wynik rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej oraz terminowe złożenie dokumentów. Termin wewnętrzny to 15 października, natomiast uczelnie partnerskie wymagają dokumentów w kwietniu/maju (na semestr zimowy) lub w październiku/listopadzie (na semestr letni). Warunkiem otrzymania dofinansowania jest podpisanie umowy i złożenie wszystkich wymaganych dokumentów w terminie.

Studia I stopnia i jednolite magisterskie Aby rozpocząć naukę, wystarczy zdany egzamin maturalny z minimum 30% z przedmiotów obowiązkowych na poziomie podstawowym.
