Kili\u0144skiego 43<br>41-200 Sosnowiec<br><strong>Poland<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contact to the project office<\/strong>: Tel. +48 32&nbsp;363 12 14&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cele-i-planowane-efekty\">Cele i planowane efekty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the project is to develop education offer at the Humanitas University in line with the needs of the digital and green economy through the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u00a0 Support for the Career Office at the Humanitas University through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>employing a career coach,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing advisory support in English and Ukrainian to students of the Humanitas University<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>organizing workshops and consultations with a career coach for secondary school students,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\u00a0 Increasing the attractiveness of studying at the Humanitas University by organizing internships for students.<br>3.\u00a0 Supporting secondary school students by the Humanitas University through the following workshops in English or Ukrainian:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>basic workshops in the field of digital and green competences and the &#8220;VR, robotics and artificial intelligence&#8221;,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advanced workshops in the field of digital and green competences,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.\u00a0 Retrofitting the Career Office at the Humanitas University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-grupa-docelowa-i-formy-wsparcia\">Grupa docelowa i formy wsparcia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The target group<\/strong>&nbsp;of the project are persons living, studying or working in one of the 7 subregions of the Silesian Voivodeship specified in the Territorial Just Transition Plan, i.e. the Katowice, Sosnowiec, Tychy, Bytom, Gliwice, Rybnik and Bielsko-Bia\u0142a subregion. Support will be provided to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students of the Humanitas University &#8211; minimum 80 persons,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secondary school students &#8211; minimum 324 persons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Planned forms of support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0 \u00a0For STUDENTS of the Humanitas University<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 we offer comprehensive support, among others, in career mapping and\u00a0finding your place at the labor market through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>consultations in English or Ukrainian with a career coach<\/strong>\u00a0on the individual career path, including consultations on application documents, preparation for a job interview, consultations on the choice of field and specialization based on labor market research, the fate of graduates, and advice on starting a company. Average consultation time for 1 person &#8211; 2 hours (basic variant with discussion of the test), or 5 hours (extended variant &#8211; according to the participant&#8217;s needs, e.g. starting a company, preparing for a job interview)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>career coaching and mentoring<\/strong>\u00a0(including support for women in managerial and leadership competences). An average mentoring meeting for 1 person &#8211; 5 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>internships<\/strong>\u00a0for students of Computer Science program taught in \u200b\u200bUkrainian and English at the Humanitas University. The average duration of the internship is 5-7 months, two-thirds of a full-time job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>For STUDENTS of secondary schools<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Basic workshops at the Humanitas University conducted in a foreign language,<\/strong>\u00a0including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>workshops on digital and green competences,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VR, robotics and artificial intelligence,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>group career counseling with the option of individual online consultations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advanced workshops<\/strong>\u00a0at the Humanitas University conducted in a foreign language to further explore the topics covered in basic workshops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-obowiazek-informacyjny\">Obowi\u0105zek informacyjny<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/humanitas.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Klauzula-informacyjna-Akademia-Humanitas-Umiedzynarodowienie-.pdf\">Klauzula informacyjna &#8211;
