Jednak neurodydaktyka, jako most mi\u0119dzy neuronauk\u0105 a pedagogik\u0105, sta\u0142 si\u0119 interdyscyplinarnym nurtem, kt\u00f3ry redefiniuje tradycyjne podej\u015bcie do nauczania. Podkre\u015bli\u0107 nale\u017cy, \u017ce w jej centrum nie stoi program nauczania, ale biologiczne uwarunkowania, ograniczenia i naturalny potencja\u0142 dzieci i uczni\u00f3w. As part of the discussion, participants will address the rights of children and students in the realities of digital transformation, as well as the legal and ethical challenges of using new technologies in education. <\/p>\n<p>Particular attention will be paid to standards for the protection of minors and models of cooperation between school, family and public institutions as a joint responsibility of those involved in the educational process.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the panel is to exchange knowledge and experience between representatives of science and Law internship and to identify solutions to support the safe and compliant operation of the educational environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SECTION I<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Child and student subjectivity under the Law of Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The section will aim to show the student as a subject of Law in the modern school &#8211; both in the physical and digital space &#8211; and discuss the limits of autonomy of educational institutions. Pandemics, armed conflicts, forced migrations and the growing climate crisis are multidimensional sources of chronic stress, destabilizing the previous sense of security, continuity and predictability of life. The presentations attempt to capture both universal and culturally differentiated psychological responses to these phenomena.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Anxiety, trauma, feelings of danger and loss of control<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This part of the section is devoted to the psychological consequences of crisis experiences, with a focus on heightened anxiety, traumatic reactions, post-traumatic stress symptoms, and disorders associated with loss of control and agency. The papers analyze the mechanisms of the emergence of these states, their dynamics over time, as well as risk and protective factors affecting individual differences in responding to situations of danger and uncertainty. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Mechanisms of coping and adaptation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The last block of sections focuses on coping strategies and adaptive processes for maintaining relative psychological balance under conditions of long-term uncertainty.
