The focus will be on the contemporary role of the teacher, who faces the new dynamics of students&#8217; functioning, developmental needs and social relations, significantly different from those of a decade ago. <\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n\n                                <div class=\"block-content-with-gallery__text-full\" style=\"display: none;\">\n                                    <p>The pedagogical panel will focus on issues related to effective teaching in the context of dynamic educational and social changes. The focus will be on the contemporary role of the teacher, who faces the new dynamics of students&#8217; functioning, developmental needs and social relations, significantly different from those of a decade ago. <\/p>\n<p>The panelists will reflect on the evolution of school &#8211; from a place of knowledge transmission to a space for developing the competencies of the future. An important area of discussion will be the combination of classical principles of pedagogy and Psychology with the discoveries of neuroscience and the use of digital technology tools in the learning process.<br \/>\nThe aim of the panel is to create a platform for the exchange of experiences between pedagogical theory and internship, and to develop inspiration and solutions that can be applied in everyday educational work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SECTION I<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The paradigm of neurodidactics in pedagogical practice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Modern education is constantly searching for new and effective pathways to education and training. However, neurodidactics, as a bridge between neuroscience and pedagogy, has become an interdisciplinary trend that redefines traditional approaches to teaching. It should be emphasized that at its center is not the curriculum, but the biological conditions, limitations and natural potential of children and students. Thus, the pursuit of modern solutions in improving the effectiveness of the teaching process using the development and potential of the young person requires careful consideration. Hence neurodidactics, which is not a &#8220;new method&#8221; but a &#8220;new educational culture&#8221; that requires a broader context of information exchange for the theory and internship of the modern school.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>SECTION II<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Modern activation methods and teaching effectiveness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The changes we are observing in education are also reflected in the methodology of interaction of modern teachers. Modern activation methods, as a response to the needs of the modern model of education, which should be considered in the context of a relational, constructivist approach, which puts the student at the center of his education process. Today we ask questions about why activation methods work more effectively despite the challenges and barriers to their implementation.  <\/p>\n<p>The effectiveness of teaching with the use of activation methods, is nothing more than a departure from the &#8220;administering&#8221; model, in which the student, as a passive recipient, seeking relational contact with knowledge is only an idle recipient of information. However, we want to focus the most significant issues in this field precisely on the effectiveness of teaching implying the need for a wide-ranging discussion among researchers of this subject. <\/p>\n<p><strong>SECTION III<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New technologies in pedagogical practice <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The introduction of digital and technological solutions to school internship raises many questions about the prospect of new insights into changing the model of teacher work. Often seen as an &#8220;invisible assistant,&#8221; new technologies often allow personalization of learning on a scale that was previously unattainable. <\/p>\n<p>The issues of digital technologies also apply to special pedagogy, therapy and rehabilitation of children\/students with special educational needs. Here we are mainly thinking of individualization of learning pathways, implementation of immersive technologies (VR and AR), gamification and microlearning. <\/p>\n<p>New formulas of education in times of technological progress, also raise questions about challenges and ethics. As part of the discussion, participants will address the rights of children and students in the realities of digital transformation, as well as the legal and ethical challenges of using new technologies in education. <\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n\n                                <div class=\"block-content-with-gallery__text-full\" style=\"display: none;\">\n                                    <p>The Law panel will focus on the role of the Law in shaping a modern, safe and accountable education system. As part of the discussion, participants will address the rights of children and students in the realities of digital transformation, as well as the legal and ethical challenges of using new technologies in education. <\/p>\n<p>Particular attention will be paid to standards for the protection of minors and models of cooperation between school, family and public institutions as a joint responsibility of those involved in the educational process.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the panel is to exchange knowledge and experience between representatives of science and Law internship and to identify solutions to support the safe and compliant operation of the educational environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SECTION I<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Child and student subjectivity under the Law of Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The section will aim to show the student as a subject of Law in the modern school &#8211; both in the physical and digital space &#8211; and discuss the limits of autonomy of educational institutions. Speakers could present speeches relating to the issues of student rights in stationary and digital environments, the limits of school autonomy in the context of children&#8217;s rights and freedoms, Law as a tool for building a culture of respect, dialogue and student participation, student participation in decision-making processes at school (from the perspective of security, privacy, discipline, student autonomy). <\/p>\n<p><strong>SECTION II<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Law in the face of digital transformation of education: protection, accountability, ethics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The section will aim to analyze the legal challenges arising from the digitization of education and the use of technology, including AI, in teaching and educational processes. Speakers could present speeches relating to issues of student and teacher data protection (RODO in school practice), legal responsibility for the use of digital and AI tools in education, ethical and legal boundaries of monitoring, assessment and educational analytics, as well as student rights in remote and hybrid learning models. Cybersecurity as an institutional responsibility of the school could also be an interesting topic.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>SECTION III<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>System of protection of minors in education &#8211; common legal responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the section will be to present standards for the protection of minors as a systemic element, requiring cooperation between Law, prevention and institutional responsibility. Pandemics, armed conflicts, forced migrations and the growing climate crisis are multidimensional sources of chronic stress, destabilizing the previous sense of security, continuity and predictability of life. The presentations attempt to capture both universal and culturally differentiated psychological responses to these phenomena.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Anxiety, trauma, feelings of danger and loss of control<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This part of the section is devoted to the psychological consequences of crisis experiences, with a focus on heightened anxiety, traumatic reactions, post-traumatic stress symptoms, and disorders associated with loss of control and agency.
