A foreigner is any person who does not have Polish citizenship. Persons who hold Polish citizenship and citizenship of another country or several other countries at the same time are treated in the territory of the Republic of Poland as Polish citizens. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

Foreigners may be admitted to first-cycle and Integrated Master’s programmes if they hold a certificate that entitles them to pursue higher education in the country in which it was issued. Certificates and other documents confirming the acquisition of education in foreign educational systems may be recognized in Poland by Law or by the school superintendent as a result of administrative proceedings.
\nForeigners may be admitted to Master’s degree studies at the second level if they hold a diploma of Master’s degree studies or another document that entitles them to continue education at the corresponding level. <\/p>\n
